Have finally tracked down a copy of this 'The Long Hello' (volume 1).
VDGG without Peter Hammill in 1973, very nice so far.

Got a loan of this from a friend. Can't say I have ever been a Kathy Mattea fan but this is wonderful.

The last track is simply brilliant.

No-Man were very good, although the hall was like an unpleasant sauna. God knows what it would be like on a hot day. They played a mixture of tracks from across their career. It was their first concert as a band in 15 years so maybe a few cobwebs. Glad I saw it though.

Jane and I met up with DenisA which we really enjoyed. A good night out.
