You know who introduced me to this one. I am enjoying going through the music collection now I have it back. It is becoming very challenging to get all the CD's back into racks in some semblance of order. Now get back to answering those phone calls. It's work time for you

Omer Klein's compositions and piano playing with his quartet. Jazz with strong Middle Eastern & North African elements.
Adrian, thanks for the recommendation.

After seeing various posters listening to him,I have this one out of the library:-
Is this typical of his output?

It's pretty good on first listen. Not sure what I was to expect so a bonus really, I had a feeling it might have been Miles type jazz, had it been I would not have played passed the first track methinks.
Good musicians and it seems like a good recording, simple and to the point. Good bass lines.
According to AMG most of the musicians seem to be him.

It's quite a good album split between acoustic and rockers. However, I find him hard to listen to these days after a very bad concert experience. Dull and stuck up his own arse.
