Various Artists - The Imagined Village. Utter brilliance.

Making it a night of Beethoven 5th's - and why not? It is good to give the old war house an outing.

Kimmie Rhodes' "West Texas Heaven".

She was the support act for Emmylou Harris last night at the Hammersmith Apollo.

I knew I had a CD of hers - it has mouldered on the shelf for maybe 14 years, judging by the copyright date.

Great listening but it would probably never have been played again but for hearing her live yesterday.

How are you getting on with that Adrian? I almost bought it a while ago when it was going very cheap at one of the online retailers, but bottled after listening to a few samples!

Think it may be out of print now. You would be lucky to find it in the stores. Internet job. His other album is still available - Broken China.

Disc 1 was very good - it opened with some very high quality easy tracks and then got harder. Another 8 to go. I bought it cheap on Amazon and it is worth it so far.
