If you want to reach the doctor house you have to pass by a records shop.
Not my fault.

Nice one H. Is that the vinyl or the CD? If it's the CD, how's the sound. I seem to remember it was a Steve Lillywhite job, never a good thing (U2 etc.)

Previously, I would normally listen exclusively to just one or the other version, depending on my mood. This weekend, however, there will be a raucous cage match of Walcha (mono) vs. Walcha (stereo)

A week ago my 20 days old tubes guitar amp made a puff and still no signs of news.
This makes me very nervous.

On vinyl:-
Re:Big Country - The Crossing it was on vinyl but it's quite distorted in the treble. Not sure if the work done by Peter has begun to show up the flaws is the disks. Kraftwerk is sounding OK though.

Thanks Larry!
Indeed listening to this record brings me back to when i was about 14 and they already were myth.
On a 120 Basf cassette in my Grundig mono player.
When rock'n'roll was a kind of promise rather than only music.
And saved my life.
