Kondrashin conducts Shostakovich's 12th symphony. Earlier, Gould playing Beethoven's 4th concerto with Bernstein and the NYPO.

Currently in a state of peace and tranquility listening to some Dowland.

Mark,
I am glad that the antibiotic upgrade worked. I just hope that the upgrade went through a doctor's prescription and not through recommendations of the Hi-Fi Corner forum members..
Cold weather and heavy rains are going to keep me inside. The wife is gone for the day so the musical opportunities are endless. Starting the morning with Hewitt & Bach.

Enjoy your day, Haim.
We get summer-like sun and 70's today and tommorow but I shall be listening to music and watching the Masters (with no sound except the hi-fi
).
best,
Jeff A

Jeff,
Thanks a lot. They promise us upper sixties in the middle of next week but unfortunately they had so many unkept promises this winter that I don't know any more.
I presume that you are talking about golf and not music Masters. What is the proper music to listen to when you are watching all those serious men play with that little funny white ball for half a day? How about some Mortom Feldman? He has a string quartet that lasts four and half hours..
Have a good weekend,
Haim

Awful album name and cover, which is a shame because the album is excellent.

Anthony Phillips - Geese and the Ghost. Excellent album released in 1977. If you like early Genesis, then this could be for you.
