Well Mukilteo actually. Looks like I'll be spending next weekend there. So what are the must see highlights in that part of the world?

Regards,

Willy.

Were I to go to Seattle, I would have to go here:

Pike Place Fish

I saw a motivational video they did and it was brilliant. They put on quite a floorshow, and I think it would be great fun to see it live.

It's not a floorshow - those gouys are in business to sell fish - I've have been there several times and when they are doing business it's great but when they just "Perform for the tourists" they are not happy. If you go and they do their thing BUY SOMETHING.

And the shellfish/Fish on offer is excellent.

Sorry Stuart,

"floorshow" as a poor choice of word Red Face I know they are in the business of selling fish. Smile

Given the focus of this forum, I suppose the following is perhaps a bit too obvious:

Experience Music Project

- Seconded the Experience Music Porject.
- The Crocodile Cafe (owned by Peter Buck of REM) has the best live music. Key Arena for bigger bands.
- Walk up the top of Queen Anne and see the view.
- Take the monorail from the Space Needle to downtown.
- Bookshops around Pioneer Square, avoiding the people asking you for money.
- Tacoma for the glass bridge and exhibitions.
- take a look at www.kplu.org for other stuff.

Miow,

Was at the Motropolitan about a decade ago. Excellent wine list. It's on my wish list.
