Serial Number Problem

I have just noticed that the serial number label has fallen off the Hi-cap I was thinking of selling. Is there another way of finding it out?

I think you'll find that its scratched into the inside of the case, not the outer casing but the inner chassis.

Thanks Allan but I've had a look inside and can't find any numbers (apart from transformer serial number)
