Info Please - Winsome Evans / Renaissance Players

Does anyone know anything about Winsome Evans and/or The Renaissance Players?
My father has a double CD titled: "Testament - Archangels' Banquet - Shepherds' Delight" and is looking for some information. He would particularly like to know if Winsome Evans and The Renaissance players have produced any other titles.
This may be one for the Antipodean members of the forum since I believe Winsome Evans is/was Professor of Music at Sydney University.
Any information will be gratefully received.

There's the Sephardic Experience which is a 4 CD box set (Celestial Harmonies 19911-2) in which the Renaissance Players present their own performance versions of well– and lesser–known romansas (ballads), kantigas (religious songs) and muwashshahat (poetical forms)
