Quick connection question

Posted by: CraigP on 11 May 2003

Just a quick connection question from a relative newbie.

I have just aquired a Flatcap 2 to go with my existing CD5, 112/150 combo. I also have a headline 2 which is taking its power from the 112 (signal out B). I am now using the flatcap to power the CD5 and 112. I notice that there are additional outputs on the flatcap 2. Is it possible (and if so beneficial) to plug the headline in to the flatcap 2 as opposed to the 112??

Thanks in advance.

Use a NAPSC to power the Headline and use the FC2 as you do now.
Oups, i just see, you have a Headline 2, I don't know it yet, just be sure you can power it with a NAPSC, if not find a used SNAPS (dual rail).

Sorry,

Should have mentioned that spending any more money on hifi this decade would not go down well with the girlfriend, so a NAPSC is currently not an option.
