Wendy Richards R.I.P.

Sad news that the actress Wendy Richards has died of cancer at the age of 65.

Probably best known for her role in the soap 'Eastenders' and also as the dumb blonde in the sitcom 'Are You Being Served'.

In the 60's she was a model, here is an image of her with Paul McCartney.


A sad loss.

In The Netherlands we know her as the actrice from Are you being served. Still a very popular program in the Netherlands. Realy sorry to hear the news. She was so cool in Are you being served.

Mind you, her pet hate in life was the mis-spelling of her name. To the point that her autobiography was called "No S"*
