Spendor again

I know it is off topic for a Naim forum but quite a few of you seem knowledgeable about Spendor speakers. I'm interested in knowing if someone knows of the differences between the Spendor S100P and the SP100. I own the S100P and it has been mentioned that the SP100 has several improvements that may make switching to the newer version worthwhile.

If not, call QS&D in Fredricksburg,West Virginia. They are I think, the distributor of said.........
They could answer any right off.......

Jgeisen:
I believe that there have been three versions of the Spendor SP100 but I can't remember the third name. The most recent iteration is suitable for home theater use as the speakers are shielded. They also have veneer on all sides including front and back. Prior versions did not offer these features.
To my knowledge all three versions sound the same.

Marc,
I haven't called QS&D. I will do that but like many other things that are discussed here, first hand knowledge from the naim forum seems to be a little more revealing.

I believe in addition to the veneer, they also upgraded the internal wiring to oxygen free and possibly changed the binding posts.
