Have just read that the BPI intend to sue them to prevent them selling "cheap" cds on the grounds that they are sourcing the cds outside of the EEA.

Sounds like the BPI on behalf of the record labels are shooting themselves in the foot again. Will they ever learn?

Some details of the case against WOW & Amazon;

The BPI's lawsuit - which is due to be heard in the High Court next month - alleges that CD Wow imports CDs bought outside the European Economic Area - predominantly from Asia - into the UK and sells them for less than traditional retailers.

Luckily, where there is an effort to impose these restrictions there is usually someone with a crack.
