Cuttin' Heads, is great.

Beautiful HDCD recording and grooves along with his characteristic bouncing snare sound.

It's about 40 minutes long, which is normally a good sign as well.

Get it from the States, if possible.

The new record is available on vinyl as well as two 12 inchers. Saw them but didn't buy.
I have a 12 inch of "Rain on the Scarecrow" which I'd rate as one of my best sounding records. Might have to check out the new one.

Ron,

Where did you see them on vinyl? I'd like to pick it up but haven't seen it.

Thanks

I also have 'Rain On The Scarecrow' on vinyl, and it is indeed a cracker.

Can be a bit 'edgy' if the system isn't up to the job.

Are you asking because you live in Detroit, or just in general? Car City Records and Street Corner Records are my favorite shops.

I don't have a CD player and only buy used and new vinyl, so I've become used to finding the unfindable. I am a Danny Elfman fan and was recently told by a local record shop that the soundtrack for the new Planet of the Apes movie was unavailable on vinyl, yet I now own it as well as a suberbly remixed POTA 12-incher dance record by Paul Oakenfold. (Found in their store!)

Has anybody found an online supplier for 'Cuttin Heads' on vinyl ?
