Someone just got a pair of 135s for £1220. Seems pretty good although there is no detail on age etc. Does anyone else have a view as to why etc?

I paid £1200.00 for a pair of 135's.
They were about 10 yrs old so hence knackered.
I sent them to Naim for a full service and now I have a set as good as a new pair.
Old stuff does tend to go cheap.

I got a pair 2 1/2 years old, unused - I had to run them in! for £2100. Something of a bargain I think.
