New New Order

Posted by: Kevin-W on 18 June 2003

For those interested, there is some new New Order music available.

If you visit the "Peter Saville Show" at London's design museum, you can pick up a limited edition "soundtrack" CD for a tenner. A lovely package, and it contains otherwise unavailable music by New Order (one track only, but it is over 30 minutes long). It's not the best thing they've ever done, but it has some nice swirly synths in it and it's a darn sight better than anything on the "Get Ready" album.

That's great! Is there anywhere else to acquire the album like over the internet maybe? Thanks

I've seen people selling it on eBay for £30 - which is three times the cost of popping over to the Design Museum where you can pick it up for a tenner.

Kevin,
Thanks! Is it not offered commercially or amazon maybe?
I think I'll try to cough up the £30 or so if the album is good. My plane ticket to London is easily more than 10 times that Wink
