Even better than Sarah Brightman

Chaps

I have just spent the last couple of hours listening to a newly released CD entitled Beyond Imagination by the Opera Babes.

This CD is pure class in the sense that although the music is a bit Classic FM, the quality of the young ladies voices is unsurpassable.

It is 15 tracks of the usual operatic releases, but these two girls really sing like doves.

If you thought Sarah Brightman was good, be prepared for a shock.

This is without any doubt, the CD of the year. The voices are good, the music is great, this CD makes Hifi all worthwhile.

Go out and buy it.

Regards

Mick,

Does Naim really incur such progress?

Caught them on Classic FM last week when my folks were up (they prefer it to R3). And I did enjoy the show, but to claim their voices "unsurpassable" suggests that you really haven't got very much imagination to go beyond when it comes to female vocals...

Ah yes, a dove, that famous songbird...

But I never did...

Why not try something like the Victoria de Los Angleles rendition of Songs of the Auvergne if you want some accessible, beautiful singing. That's been around for years now, but you might find it surpasses the "unsurpassable disc of the year"...

Pete.
