Electronic keyboards

Like many, I suspect, I defaulted from piano lessons as a child and now fancy having another go.
Also like many, I don't have room to accommodate an acoustic piano.
Does anyone have any advice regarding suitable electronic keyboards for serious learning?

Yes, make sure it is called a 'digital piano' rather than a keyboard. It should be velocity-sensitive, ie. when you press a key harder it should sound louder. The major manufacturing cost is the quality of the mechanics to simulate the feel of a real piano. Take a friend with you who plays the piano and take their advice on how different models feel. Personally I use a Yamaha from the Clavinova range that is about 7 years old. Things have improved since then but it is adequate. Like anything else, it sounds much better replayed through a Linn or Naim system.
