Broken SNAIC lead

My systems stopped working, tracked it down to the lead between my 102 pre and the Hi-cap.
I remeber reading somewhere that the lead had been changed from a grey to a NEW funky balck style SNAIC. Any comments, and how much will naim charge me for this.

Gaz, whats wrong with your snaic, has it been 'stretched'?

Mabye your dealer could resolder it if thats the problem. Presumably you have taken the hi cap out the equation and are running from the 4 pin direct, are you sure its not the hi cap?
