Well here it is then, started...

A place for discussion of all things Rugby, whether club, national or international...
The next joy we have to look forward to is the Rugby World Cup. (I imagine it is at this point some of the NZ forum members will join in...)
Any comments, chaps? Or still a bit too early?

As an aside, one of my sales managers has set up an account for Wasps who have started to do business with my company. I am now looking at a little reciprocal arrangement which may involve some sponsorship and corporate hospitality with them.
That will be a hardship!

When I said London Irish I actually meant Wasps..... hmmmm....

Typical, people need to be bribed to follow the Pests, whereas Tigers simply make you an offer you can't refuse - that is, irresistable top class rugby, without any weeks off from the start to the end of the season, because they qualify for all the top class Club finals there are!

Oh its going to be an interesting season......well for some of us

How about getting more grass route support from other parts of country for the Forum Rugby Club, otherwise it seems like the East Anglian Mafia have taken over.
Got my GLAWS 2007/8 season ticket in the new stand confirmed.
Just touching base
Count me in the West Country support.
For reasons of poor performance I have not had much to say about Bath on this thread - however the Gloucester (league) game is a firm fixture in my calander and one where we are guaranteed not to lose

Cheers

I always look forward, you can't pretend they were not thrashed by Wasps in the final, never ever looked like scoring a try.
NOW MOVE FORWARD

I'm happy to move forward, FF, with every confidence!! It's Chillkram who keeps looking backwards at 'the anomaly' for some small crumb of comfort!

After pat Howard's very successful stint at Welford Rd over the last few years, I'm really excited to see how the new Coach does. And Tigers seem to have had some very interesting signings over the last few weeks too, to enhance the squad's reputation for strength in depth.
However (and here we hear the cry of 'excuses before the season's started') I am realistic in that when going from something very successful, rather than failing, it often takes a little while for the new regime to settle in.

When you support QPR there's not much alternative!
However, I've finished for now and I just look forward to thrashing Tigers again next season!

I don't know, QPR used to be a great club, in the 1st Div, Stan Bowles, Rodney Marsh, Ron Springett in goal.
I used to enjoy my trips to Loftus Road when Chelsea played there. I would sometimes go there to see the gunners play them.

Now you're talking FF. Rodders and Springett are a little before my time, but I was at Loftus Rd for Stanley's third game for the club in 1972 and hero-worshipped him thereafter.
Don't get me started!

Oi Mark, it was your bloody idea to start supporting Sale so don't be blaming me....like I said my services are available ofr the right price....
Too far away I think you said. But never mind, it's too late now, you've been installed as the Member for Sale.
So far we have:
Wasps:
Chillkram, Jamie Wednesday, Markah.
Tigers:
JWM, Polarbear.
Gloucester:
Flyfisher
Sale:

Peter (Cymbiosis) is a Saints fan although he doesn't visit the rubber room.
That leaves quite a few clubs with no sponsor here. Anyone else to nail their colours to a particular mast?

Oops! Sorry Svetty - a minor oversight. I'll have a trawl through later and establish a full supporters league so far if we can get a few more takers. There are still some unclaimed clubs out there.
