For anyone that likes Guitary POP ( aka Weezers last couple of albums) their latest album is great stuff, even better than Weezer in fact.

I've only listened a couple of times but very catchy and upbeat. Sound is also half reasonable (I find Weezer's latest a bit muddy in the bass).

Come on who else has bought anything really good in the past month or so?

"Carry on down the road" I think. Nice acoustic(ish) low key stuff. Anyone know about this lot?

Soft Electric Parade's debut. A bit derivative but if they carry on like this (a couple of <20 brothers), they should be worth looking out for.

Thievery Corporation Verve HiFI compilation. Lounge, Bosa Nova .. I'm not sure what you call it but there is some excellent stuff on it.
