Does anyone know the likely release date of the fraim and when they are likely to become available?

NB,
Check the thread called Fraim in May where some bloke by the name of Paul Stevenson spills the beans that the Naim Fraim will be available in May.

don't tempt fate,JUNE, we hope and it is a big hope that our suppliers will ship all the required parts for us to start shipping week beginning 21st May. If we don't it is because the parts did not arrive or they are not the quality we are prepared to pass. That's manufacturing!

Just testing

Paul
Thanks for that, when are you expecting the fraim to hit the shops?
NB

If the parts arrive, we will start shipping week beginning 21st May. First come first served basis, so depending on when the dealer/distributor placed the order, this will set eta to shop. We have a large back order to fulfil.

Alex,
I have heard form my dealer that if you place an order now expect to receive delivery in about 2-3 weeks

Jason,
The Naim fraim was unveiled at the bristol Sound and Vision Hifi show and I have to admit that it is the most stunning piece of kit I have seen. The reason why it is so expensive is that Naim have put in the research and development to ensure that it is THE best support to work with Naim equipment. After all what works best with Naim equipment, yes naim equipment.
I have no reservations about purchasing a Naim Friam at all.

I have no intention of buying a Naim Fraim or even a Naim Friam before listening to one.
If its the business I'll by one for the CDX.
I think I'm going to prefer Mana for the LP12.
And the amps will stay where they are - I'm not throwing out all my Bases.

Jason,
No appology needed it was good advice, you should always listen to uprades before purchasing and make your own opinion.

Like a lamb to the slaughter I am venturing from Base Camp into Mana Land . . .

No appology needed Jason, that was good advice, never purchase anything wothout listening to it and comparring it to the competition and making your own mind up.
