the big apple at xmas

hi all,
we (family) are thinking of going to NY for xmas period approx 5 days but apart from the usual places to visit - times sq / empire state /maceys etc and the COLD to consider.....
do we need visas ? and what else is there to see and do for a short break.
your comments appreciated.

hi derek,
yes i have now got a 10yr visa after a lot of pissing about. halleluyah! as you know i went to embassy on wednesday and after a 3 hour wait i got an interview and the man from delmonte said YES! but not before they got another 25quid outa me !! thats a total of £75 in all.
but hey were off to the big apple for xmas.
