What is the Be-ro flour man called?

I,ve just been given a box of someone elses junk (my treasure). It consists of an old PERDIO transistor radio, a SPARKLET 1970's soda syphon and a collection of plastic Airfix made BE-RO characters. You know the guy in the black suit with bowler hat. I can't remember his name and Google doesnt help. It's all going on ebay so I want to list it correctly.

Thanks Chief. I have just realised that both eggcups have SPILLERS on the bottom. I have found a few on fleabay but not sure when or why some have airfix and some have spillers.

Because the Fred character advertised Spillers flour rather than Be-Ro!
