Adding to HDX Music Stores

I've got a music store set up on my new NAS, and I can happily rip CDs to the NAS, and also move music from one store to another.
However, I've got quite a lot of downloaded FLACs, which obviously reside elsewhere on the network. The HDX sees and plays those just fine, but is there any way of moving those files and integrating them into a music store?
It's only for tidiness and backup purposes, but it would be nice

On our ReadyNAS Duo here, I set up two sharepoints (music and music_share), one of which is actively managed by the server (Music Store), the other of which is a passive Network Share.

Both are accessible to the rest of the network as well.
