Are you doing a critique of "The Work" or another of their body of work ?
Orbital are a singles band. The albums never cut it.

Orbital: Work 1989-2002
Mostly rubbish, in my opinion.
Reministant of early 90s 'Landeeeen' accent music on TOTP.
Nevermind, I live and learn.
Still I am being harsh, I couldn't make it through the first side, so will do the later stuff in a little while....
OK have put on the last side, the latest stuff, the first track Lush, sounds like basic house shite you get at Destinies night club in Watford (slags ball)
No this is not me at all, very dissapointed. But left wondering where I got the idea Orbital were any good anyway?
Anyhoo, mabye Virgin will have it back, might get the new van the man, or perhaps eminem, its supposed to be good...

Ok time for some consessions.
I would agree that the music in general dates from 91, and before and therefore could well be instrumental in the definition of todays style of electronica.
There are some elements of stuff that I like today, (fila, Baby mammoth, Big Bud etc) that are present here and may have be the difinition of where these bands went.
I don't know.
Ont thing is for sure, truely good music dosn't seem to sound dated, and this does I am afraid. However I will hang on to it and play it some more.
Am listening to Blame: Firestorm on Good Looking right now, Wow, talk about dynamics.
Say one thing for LTG he knows how to get recordings right!
