I've got a new amp and it's louder than yours

10W + 10W?

950 Watts into 2 Ohms (which is the combined impedence of my cabs).
But it is about tone really. This Aguilar is so far ahead of the bass amp competition it makes me wet myself.
Costs a fortune in guitar amp terms (2K), but quite a bargain compared to a NAP500. Actually, it's an integrated pre-power I suppose, so even better value. Must rush and tell my wife (not).

does it go up to 11?

It will do, I just haven't got round to writing the numbers on yet.

I have tried to find a photo of the inside, but can't. It is hand built and very Naim-like in its neat soldering, layout and wiring looms.
They also have a fanatical fan base who go on and on and on in the forums.

Bit much just for playing bass through though, isn't it?

Here's a couple of nice bass which have just been played :-

Had its first big outdoor gig this weekend and it was brilliant, though difficult to tame the volume for the backline. The tone is so good that it was ruined by my usual dbx rack compressor, so that is getting the elbow for this weekend's festival.
