Need help with Naim label download manager

Hi,
recently downloaded and installed the Naim label download manager but there are no available albums or tracks shown anywhere...
What am I doing wrong?

Heres a screenshot:

Im logging in with my account just fine and the application starts up but the available download-list is empty. Is the service only available in the UK?

According to our records, you are yet to make a purchase from NaimLabel.com - you have to do this in your web browser as per usual.
Any tracks or albums you buy (even the free tracks for £0.00) will appear in NL Download Manager.
If you have purchased downloads, it must be under a different email address from the one registered on this forum?

I have previously downloaded a couple of items which appear in my previously downloaded tab. However, the New Downloads tab remains empty. I was hoping this would show downloadable items.
Am I also missing something?
If this is intended to be an ordering front-end then it's not working for me.

Thank you for your reply. I thought it was possible to do the purchase process in the download manager, but this clear things up!

the downside of browser based downloading doesn't allow for multiple tracks to be selected at once. let alone from multiple albums. the download manager allows you select items and is far more user friendly.
we received a high level of complaints about the time consuming 'by track' system of the browser based experience. Linn and HD Tracks have also adopted a similar solution.
