Late Junction Radio 3: audiophile & music lovers gem

Out takes from Miles Davis 'In a Silent Way' sessions last night were awesome. Sound quality superb, like listening to a live broadcast, or how I'd imagine master tape to sound like.
I'd love to know what gear Radio 3 uses. I only have a cheap (£20 off ebay)Denon tuner with £4 dog ear aerial hooked up to my Nait 1 and Tannoy Mx2's and it still sounds great.
This programme, Mon-Thur 10.15ish till midnight is a gem. If you like ECM and the music on the Naim cd's, e.g. the discs given away with Hifichoice mag, then you'll like 'Late Junction'.

My findings with the various recent Miles Davis complete sessions boxes (including In a Silent Way, but also the likes of Bitches Brew and Jack Johnson) has been a long the lines of 'interesting....but only serves to underscore just what geniuses Davis and his producer Teo Macero were'.

I haven't picked up the latest set, though they may be different, since they are tapes of live concerts.
