Copying is flattery, so all respect to Tam!

I'm just about to enjoy a bottle of this with Mrs. CD555 ...

.. while we listen to Portishead – Third.

So, what are you drinking right now?

Our very recently-18 eldest daughter is kindly sharing a bottle of birthday Lanson Champagne with us, having finished her A-Levels this afternoon, Classical Civilisation 'Roman Britain' paper.

How recently, James, because coincidentally my wife earlier shared a bottle of Piper Hiedseck as it was her birthday yesterday and because she has finished her degree today.

Thanks for good wishes! 18th May, but celebrations were kept moderate until now.

And best wishes to Mrs Chillkram for both reasons!

Thanks Stu/James. Hopefully minimum 2:1. She is now a fully qualified Health Visitor after many years nursing.

Hopefully Miss JWM will be Leicester University-bound for Modern Languages (seriously, HER choice, no influence from her old man! Who at 18 listens to their old man anyway...???!).

PS should have added, our son also finished GCSEs yesterday - 16yo boys certainly don't listen to their dad Big Grin That's my boy Cool

Best of luck to both, James. Miss Chillkram tackles GCSEs next year.

P.S. Master JWM clearly listens to the old man re matters rugby!

My favourite Islay Whisky. To me the smoothest one from the island.

Ouch Oliver hope you took Suzy out for a romantic dinner just to make up for it.

Personally my excuse is I tell Monica I don't recognise Valetines Day, Anniversaries etc as I can give you a bunch of flowers or take you for dinner as a surprise at anytime so why should I do it to order.

Seems to work as I have forgotten our last 3 anniversaries and I am still alive.
