So what are you enjoying at Glastonbury?

Missed last nights music but watched this evening, thought that Editors were canny, with the singer reminiscent of Keneth Williams, Daffy duck and norman Wisdom (and looked like a young Sid James). Still doing great anthemic Joy Division Music for the current generation of Killers lovers.

Thought Patrick Wolfe was talented and will check out his work.

Enjoyed Klaxxons cover of 'Not over yet', had me bouncing on the sofa. Nice lads who dress like a scruffy Duran Duran.

Thought that Maximo Park were rather good, and to think they played our local record shop a couple of years ago and I didn't bother stopping to watch coz I thought they were a bunch of noisy 'goths' - doh

For me this eveings highlight was without doubt Pigeon Detectives, hilarious, passionate, energetic and don't take themselves too seriously - bloody great. ROTF you might like them. 'Take her back' is a storming crowd pleaser Listen here

Any thoughts folks

...or you could get involved and buy a ticket. Why would us mud-dwellers then want to fork out £150 if we could get any stage we liked streamed to our tellies at home?

John Fogharty, Bjork, Babyshambles, the Who, Manics all made the mud worthwhile for me.

Still peed off that I listened to my house mate and saw the Saw Doctors over the Stooges - what a waste of time!

I only saw it on TV

Did I mention anywhere that I thought John Fogerty was fantastic - as good a concert footage as I've seen on TV.

I don't think you missed much by not seeing Iggy & the Stooges - on TV it followed John Fogerty and was a case of after the lord mayor's show - that said I may be biased as I have virtually all the John Fogerty/CCR albums and some DVDs, whereas I don't have any Iggy Pop records.
