My Bryston is a 4B-SST not the 4B. It's a pure canadian product: solid and reliable (LOL). I plan to have all Bryston amplification for my 5.1 home theater setup with totem speakers Model 1 Signature. My Naim is pretty good but when it comes to power: It's the Bryston that I rely on. I may add a Naim subwoofer to my home theater setup.

Update.... Tuan made a narrow escape last night.
Tuan knowing the streets of Toronto much better then Doug,Emanual and Terry made a mad dash and was able to reach the Magic Bryston Bus (4B-SST in hand)..... The Magic Bryston Bus, full of test reports and Mega Watt stickers was happy for Tuans escape and quickly drove Tuan to Bryston HQ for some more brain washing sessions.... updates to fallow

Trouble is, Tuan keeps comming back here and the naim washing sessions counteract the brain washing at Bryston.

This way Tuan remains perfectly normal, but is surrounded in both places (Naim and Bryston) by Niam/brain-washed maniacs who don't know they are Naim/brain washed maniacs.

Playstation-3/Bryston/Sony Bravia/xxSpeakers seems a perfectly rational decision to me - until the whole home entertainment industry gets it's act together. However, I can't imagine why Tuan would want to dem his kit against a Naim based equivalent(*). But no doubt he will explain, in his own good time?

cheers

Don

Seriously Steve/Tuan,

When do you guys plan to get to Bay and Bloor?

I've already met Steve but I'd love to meet the other Naimees in Toronto/GTA.

Regards,
Stan

Hi Stan, I was talking to Tuan but he did not say if he was popping down to BBR or not, not sure how many Naim Forum members will go..... what you have to do is come to the Audio Knob outings .. these are fun and the topics vary, drop me a line with your number so I make to call you for the next one.... (then you can meet the famous V_K)

Steve

I visit HiFiFoFum because I want to see my friend (you). BBR has nothing to offer me (LOL). I may drop by to say hi to Manu (if he is there). Manu did a great job in repairing my CDX2 a year ago (greatly appreciated).
