The Emporium Hifi

I purchased an old quad set from Emporium Hifi in Suffolk through the web and made a payment promptly after the agreement of purchase last week. Since then I asked them tracking # for the shipment through emails, but no answer. I made phone calls for it but it seems that the person who picked up the phone doesn't know much about it. I left a message for the tracking # through email but STILL no answer.
Are they lazy or hell busy to send the package earlier???? I don't know folks but this is my first deal with that emporium place, but it is heck of an experience compared to the service at Flashback Sales. Any idea about this emporium shop ? His name is Nick.
