XPS2/S-Burndy on the CDS2

IT'S A WOW!!!

More of everything..Dynamics,organic(harmonic),and great boogy factor....
Wonderful upgrade........

It has made the player even more quiet. I seem to be playing it a wee bit louder.

What was the kicker for me was when I put on Van Halen OU812, Finish what you started...
Ed playing the guitar was great before. Now I can hear him plucking away at the guitar strings.The leading edge of the attack is far more apparent...

The image is larger and almost 3D(front to back)...
Voices are more defined and distinct(emotion)...

I heard the CDS3 at the SF show awhile back. I need to hear it again....
How does the CDS3s presentation of the music differ from the CDS2??

I found the s-xps a very significant upgrade over the standard cable. In addition my wife noticed the difference as well.

Upgrading to the XPS2/S-Burndy has made a whole bit of good to the system. I never tried the burndy by itself...Hmm...

I am happy with the direction my system is moving towards. Every upgrade has been a good value and has brought me closer to,"My Nervana".
I can not see myself being able to take a breath until I feel I have squeezed every bit of music off that shiny disc..
The only way this will be done will be to go active.....
Every nuance,harmonic,and emotion must be heard or (imho)you aren't there yet....

My goal is to have a system that can give me everything a Quad ESL brings to the table,but do it with a dynamic speaker..That way, I have nearly the best of both worlds...

I believe there is only one company that I would trust with getting me there.
Putting aside the fact that Naim is out to make a buck. I believe they have the highest level of integrity when it comes to making gear that is better...Not different...
I also feel as though NAIM has the same goals as I do..

My wife allowed me to drink way to much wine last night..OH BOY! Got to get my arse in gear and to work some of that hangover off...
