Car breakdown Insurance recommendations?

Heading off to Devon with Mrs Willy and the wains in June. (Note to bachelors - check if your prospective spouse is intolerant of warm climates). Thought it about time I got some breakdown insurance, especially as work means I'll be away more in the future. Used to be with the RAC when I was travelling a lot but have let it lapse.
Any recommendations, either positive or negative?
