Calling singer/songwriters in Brighton/Worthing area

Hi all,

Just wondering if there were any singer/songwriters who would like to get off their ass and play some music rather than just listen to it.

Currently into Indie/rock in a guitar/bass/drums format.

In our 40's and into the social/fun/creative side of it really.

Ade,

Not a singer/songwriter (just a humble bass player/occasional recording engineer/producer) but I work with a few. I am in the area however (well Bognor ish). What did you have in mind?

Phil,

There is life out there!

Been playing with a couple of mates for a while now, but it is proving difficult to find musos in our age group with a similar outlook to music playing. Most have sacrificed playing music to family life, which is a shame, because it is possible to both.
Our first aim is to find someone(s) who we get on with who is prepared to give one or two evenings a week (a couple of hours) to write/create/call it what you will music in a social/friendly environment with a view to recording an album of sorts.
I don't mean an album for chart release - more of an album for self satisfaction/bury with the photo album when you snuff it type of album.
Not sure if I put that very well - it's a bit of a personal crusade without the Lionhearts!
Let me know if you can you can help - shame we already have a stonking bass player!
