Cymbiosis in Leicester

This is simply a post regarding the excellent service that I have recieved from the Naim dealer that I use. I refer to Cymbiosis in Leicester. Recently, my newly aquired second-hand CDS11 developed a fault. I returned it to Cymbiosis who checked the fault and offered to return it to NAIM for repair. During the repair period of three weeks they loaned me another unit. Last Saturday I got my CDS11 back and can only say that it sounded fab, straight out of the box.

Cymbiosis have also oferred free advice, and the use of kit for trying out, and have never pressured me in any way to purchase something I dont want. All as it should be.
The point of this is that I have dealt with various dealers over the years, but have found the helpfulness of the staff at this dealer to be exemplary. I would recommend them to anyone.

I think that just as we consumers criticise dealers for inefficient or poor service it is occasionally important to give praise where its due.

As a prudent business man Peter only accepts blank cheques! He does not write them. I can only echo other customers satisfaction and happiness with shopping there.

Can I add my praises too?

I live in South Africa and bought a second hand CDS1 through Peter at Cymbiosis. He managed to get it serviced from Naim in less than a week (credit to Naim too) and only charged me at cost!

He organised the courier and also took trips to my parents house in Leicester on a couple of occasions because of changes in the plans regarding freight. Everything organised via email. He also offered to examine a second hand ARO before I committed on it, but this was a private sale, nothing to do with Cymbiosis.

I have used other dealers in the Midlands region and having been quite disappointed with them over the last year and as such Cymbiosis will now be my principal UK dealer.

Thoroughly recommended.

Another recommend for Cymbiosis

I recently had my 135's recapped via Peter at Cymbiosis. Whilst they were away at Salisbury Peter kindly loaned me a 500 but then had the audacity to take it away when the 135's arrived back fully serviced. What cheek!

To be serious, Peter is an excellent dealer and always delivers on any promise he makes.

Highly recommended.

Peter has cost me a furtune - usually about every third time I enter his shop!

Seriously good practical advice and he loaned me the 282/250/xps2 I've mentioned elsewhere on this forum.

Very good dealer - I have 2 naim dealers in Nottingham and they are not a patch....

SmileAnother happy customer here. Recently bought CDX2/282/250/HC/Isoblue after extensive decision making process involving no less than 7 Naim dealers. Some other dealers could do a bit better on price, but not one of them inspired the same confidence that they knew what they were doing as Peter.

Installed at home exactly a week after placing the order...just brilliant.
