Anyone use Facebook. I've got an account but I can't for the life of me think of a use for it. Anyone know if there is one?

My cricket team use it as a central communication point, posting pictures, fixtures and announcements etc. As such it is quite useful actually.
'Ordinary' use looks pretty uniteresting to me. I'm probably 35yrs too old to appreciate it.

I asked the kids(quite young adults) about this as I keep being asked to be some ones friend.
There did not seem to be any reason for Facebook other than it was there.
