Platinum Lp

Just crious if a platinum LP, the ones you buy in a frame that are silver or gold can be played and do they really have the music actually on them, if so, do they sound any better?

My understanding is that they may have music on them. It might not actually be the record that it purports to be. You can play it. It sounds shite in any case. It might wreck your cartridge.
