Went along to see Acker and his Paramount Jazz band last night as part of the 3 day Northern Edge Jazz festival here in Aberdeen .
I have to say that he was fantastic and put on a great show which was most surprising because until my Wife announced that she had bought tickets I thought he was dead , much to my shame!
Great night out .
