Mellow DE -stressing al***s what's your best shot?

Hi all.
Having spent a fair amount of time recently upgrading my system and generally getting it wrong and being furious, I've finally sorted it to my satisfaction again.
So I,ve been piling back into my cd collection and noticed I don't have any serious chill-out music. None at all really, except the Carpenters as it were.
So;
This question is to address that shortfall.
I'm very interested in what everyone thinks is there favourite relaxing album, or two, or more.
Whether it be because of a particularly melodious girl's voice (hence the carpenters), or an especially well played uber-cool sax affair, or some sublime string arrangement, none of this matters. Anything counts.
The crieria should be that the album can calm a savage mood,
or just suits a relaxing cold one in the setting sun.
Mellow is the word.
Cheers, Paul.
