Y-cable for sub on AV2?

Would it be possible, or rather, can anybody think of any downside to using a Y-connector to hook up two subs to the AV2's LFE-output?
My subs do have input/output, but I moved my subs and now I would need a 15m cable to get from one sub to the other. The system is more or less smack in the middle, so I can reach the system with the QED cables I have (which are pretty good).
Can anybody think of a reason why not to?
