Naim 'Lavendar' Interconnect

Posted by: FangfossFlyer on 05 January 2002

I keep hearing of a new Naim 'lavendar' interconnect.

- Does it exist?
- What is it?
- What benefits does it have?
- How much?

And is the interconnect for use between a HiCap (for driving a Prefix, say) and a NAC?

This is the now standard din/din interconnect for sources (CDP, TUNER).

- It does exist
- An improved version of the source to pre
- Benefits are similar to the black snaic
- Its ~£50

The black snaics are pre-*caps, power, etc..., the new lavender (thicker than the old grey - but to be honest there a grey type lavender)
