Wall Bracket for Panasonic plasma

Posted by: Neil Bennett on 11 November 2008

Just moving my Panasonic 600-series 37" plasma into a new extension cabled for wall mounting. Has anyone used a wall bracket which will definitely fit (have tried 2 which won't!) and which can swing out and tilt too?

Thanks,

Neil

Try the John Lewis site under TV accessories.

I have used the omnimount brand on my 37" panasonic. It has a fully articulating arm. It is VERY sturdy and relatively easy to mount if you are at all useful with the tool kit. Their website has an application to match your tv with the right mount. I found it a great match for me because it has a universal bracket that attaches first to the TV chassis itself. Then you bolt the arm onto the wall, and drop the tv and bracket assembly onto the end of the arm and you are done. Makes so you can level and properly fit the arm before putting the tv on it, if you get my meaning. Google omnimount and have look. I paid around 400 bucks. I will post a photo if you are interested in how I put mine up.

I bought my Panny's bracket from Vivomounts. It is very good quality, at a bargain price... See if they have one which will suit.
