hq cds ?

just looking on cdjapan website and came across hq cd by fripp and eno ,anybody ahy idea what they are, sounds like a shm type cd, any other titles ?

sorry to say it sound very similar to shm cds . had a quick google and all i can see is a system that is made by memory-tech that allows the cd player read the cd better .to be releases only in japan in september .
