Hicap for a Nait 3

This may have been covered in another thread but I have hunted and can't find it so apologies.

I have a Nait 3R and am embarking on an upgrade mission. Have just bought a s/h CDX and was wondering if it is worth getting a hi-cap for my existing Nait 3 before I eventually go for something like an 82/180 or 250 combo. That way the Hi-cap will be needed but could be out to good use in the interim. Will be paying off the CDX for a while.

If this is worth doing how can it be done, has anyone any experience of song it and will the difference be worth it - I use a pair of Royd Doublets in case you were wondering.

There is a post on this. 'Nait is thplace?'posted by soundzero. He did this conversion and considered it to be very succesful. Ive the nait 3 myself (and doublets) and am considering trying this.
