Recapping and Reclocking CD3

I am going to fit an LCAudio XClock to my 7 year old CD3. Should I at the same time recap (1) the tants (2) the electrolytics ( in which case all of them(20+)or just the 10000u BHC smoothing caps). The BHC caps are ALC20 which are now obsolete. Does anyone know if the ALC10(with 4 pins) is a direct replacement?
