Flat Cap , Hi Cap or Super Cap?

I posted this about 4 hours ago , and it just disapered !

Here it is again -

Guys (and girls?)

Should I FlatCap , Hi-Cap or supercap my CD3.5 ?

I realise that one will be better than the other , but would the Super/Hi be Overkill?

Sorry about my ingnorance in respect of PSU's - im a bit of a luddite !

Ahhhhhh . I told you I was a luddite!!

Thanks for pointing that out Seth . I really must learn how us this computer thingy instead of just siting around listining to music .
