A standard 'SNAIC'.

A standard SNAIC 5.
Should we call serie 3 units "olive"? The face plate is the same color/style but the casing is not the same. I'll keep the Olive name for hicap, 102, 180 and the like. Serie 3 is fully descriptive.

Is it more specifically a Snaic 5 250? I have a 5 pin connector spare at home but the 5 pins are laid out differentlt. I think it's a signal lead as opposed to a power supply lead. Just wanted to be sure before I buy one off the net.

An interconnect lead is grey in colour and thinner than a SNAIC.
Its 5 pins cover 180 degrees.
A SNAIC's 5 pins cover 240 degrees (i.e. they are spaced more widely)
Newer SNAICS are black - older ones are grey (but thicker than an interconnect lead)
Hope that clarifies the situation.
