I think it's marvellous that Our Mick and other British TV licence payers will soon be subsidising/financing a new BBC Arab TV service for the region, though at the cost of losing some 10 other long-established language services, but that's progress I suppose! and also very kind and generous of the British Public I feel; innit 
P.S.Mind you! with all the foreign news and rubbish programs with no British content whatso'ever, it makes yer wonder sometimes dunnit?

Yes, it bloody well does make you wonder. The cheapest Sky deal I can get is £15. If we didn't get such a crap picture with the normal aerial I wouldn't bother with it at all. Well, apart from Takeshi's Castle that is.

A few weeks ago, in a hitherto positive thread, three forum members decided that a racist incident I suffered was a suitable source of entertainment, and one of the three made a nasty racial joke at my expense. By the time I read the joke a moderator had edited it but, inexplicably, had not deleted it. After I complained about it and the other offensive posts, I was disappointed that the whole thread was zapped, given that deleting the culprits' posts would appear to have been a simple matter.
Maybe it was just a busy day - shame though...
Now I'm not sure what to suggest...

Possibly because I'm supposedly not to be confused with a whingeing wimp, folk have gotten away with allsorts of liberties that wouldn't be accepted by others on here, and being the virtual entity known as Berlin Fritz, I have (unlike many others) never been pulled up for the fact, if you see what I mean John?
Are you in fact a spy for the horrendously censorial Pink Salmon Show, or are you just wanting to eternally moan about the bike incident?
P.S. What sort of bike was it? British saddle, or Continental, etc
