Here is a wall I painted earlier. The corners are the best part

But the really excitement will be found at about 300 degrees, half way out. I am sure a streak can be seen there!

That is a very well painted wall. Were you actually observing as it dried? Have you painted any others lately? Perhaps we could have a 'wall of the season' competition.
Next time you paint a wall, perhaps you could video it drying and put it up on 'youtube' for others to enjoy.

Mark,
It's best to think big! I'm planning a Hollywood blockbuster with Scarlet Johansson, a gallon of emulsion and a large plastic sheet.
It was a good goal though!
Have you finished that book yet - not exactly a happy ending eh?

Good job I already know the ending otherwise you'd have just spoiled it for me! I'm a slow reader. I'm just at the point where Turin arrives in Brethil.

I remember you had said it was your favourite story from the Silmarillion so I knew you knew the ending.

To be fair, I found the video on Youtube (the link didn't work) and it is a certainly a display of sublime skill.

I must admit I had you down as being from the Acad school of 'I'd rather watch paint dry!'

Put me down as being from the "that was very good football, but are you telling me that you have to watch an entire game to see those few seconds of brilliance that you can only really appreciate when it's repeated several times in slow-motion - whereas in Formula One racing I can appreciate the skill involved from the moment the race starts till the very end" - school...
